Claire Fox recently discovered a Belgian waffle stand in her hometown of Portland, Oregon. A longtime devotee of quality breakfast food, Claire felt the need to immortalize her love for the tiny but delicious space, and decided that the most effective place to do so would be the Internet. To name a blog “Waffle Window” in this illustrious community seemed inappropriate, so she instead bestowed this space with the simple but apt name of the window’s parent restaurant: Bread & Ink.
Claire will always issue fanatical recommendations that you support the Waffle Window, Bread & Ink, and additionally the legendary Marianne Goldin, who is responsible for this blog’s header illustration.
