HAPPY BIRTHDAY J-MAN! I miss you. Let me tell you about Jordan. He is an amazing person. When he talks people listen. I keep thinking about when he hosted Paul Curreri at APU. He started telling a story in a low soulful voice and a room full of people quieted down and listened to him. This guy has amazing vibes. At 22 he composed an album and a symphony. Sweet tender tunes. Check him out, he is deeply awesome.

J-man. You are deeply loved, my little raw nerve. Happy birthday!!! Remember when we went to see calexico for your 21st? and…I can’t remember what we did last year…shit. Anyway, now you’re 23 and you have so much to celebrate. I mean, seriously, J-man, this has been such a tremendous year. I am so proud of you.
